As an avid marathon runner always on the go, my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Renton was a pleasant surprise. the staff, especially the night manager Kip, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite some initial room issues, Kip's exceptional service and kindness made all the difference. Located just a short drive away from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, this hotel offers a convenient retreat with fantastic amenities. the in-room microwave and refrigerator were a nice touch, perfect for storing post-run snacks. the on-site fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to keep up with my training regimen even while traveling. Although the rooms were a bit drab, they were clean and comfortable, providing a quiet space to rest and recharge. Kip's attentiveness and quick resolution of any issues truly made my stay memorable. the Great American Grill served up delicious meals with a touch of Northwest flair, fueling me up for my next race. Overall, Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Renton exceeded my expectations, thanks to Kip's outstanding customer service and the hotel's convenient location and amenities. I left feeling refreshed and ready for my next adventure, with my loyal running buddy in tow.
